How many garments does the free plan hold?
The free plan holds 50 garments — enough to start a digital wardrobe with this season's clothes or the ones worn most.
What is the difference between the Starter and Pro plans?
The free plan already includes order-text import and sale sharing. The Starter and Pro plans add analytics, transactions and stock views; Starter holds up to 300 garments and Pro up to 5,000.
What are the monthly and yearly prices?
The Starter plan is NT$59 a month or NT$590 a year; the Pro plan is NT$149 a month or NT$1,490 a year. Sign in and choose the billing period on the subscription page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. A Stripe subscription can be cancelled from the subscription page in your account, and the plan runs to the end of the current period. What your account shows is the authority on the effective date and payment status.
Does the text import read order screenshots?
No. Paste the product list as text; once it is parsed you still check the brand, size, price and quantity row by row. Please do not paste names, phone numbers, addresses or payment details.
